I grew up in Kingsport, TN, where I spent time playing softball and volleyball, as well as playing the flute in my high school marching band.   I then went to Tennessee Tech. University , majoring in education.    I am married and have two boys.  We enjoy exploring local state parks, attending local sporting events, and serving in a variety of areas at our church.
