The Blaze Dance Team Try-outs are now complete. All girls who came to try-outs will be a part of the 2021-22 Blaze Dance Team. The first practice will be Monday, September 13 from 3:15-4:30 at North Clinton Elementary School. Congratulations to each of you! It is going to be a GREAT year! Go Blaze!

***2021-22 Blaze Boys Basketball Team*** Congratulations to the following players who have made the 2021-2022 Blaze Boys basketball team. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 31, 34, 35, 36. Please report to our first practice in the CES gym on Tuesday, September 7th, from 3 – 4:30. There will be a mandatory parent meeting following this practice. This was an extremely tough decision for the coaches. We really hope all those who have tried out will continue to work and get better. Your efforts did not go unnoticed. We also hope to see many of you tryout again next year. There is always a next time, and we encourage you to keep your head up!

There is absolutely no tired like the first full week of Kindergarten tired!!!! Our new K students did great this week. They are settling in very nicely!!! 🧡🧡

You should have received student TCAP reports and letters about the TCAP Family Portal from your child’s school. To enroll in the TCAP Family Portal use the Url: https://familyreport.tnedu.gov/login. Use your US ID. This is the number with 2 zeros in the beginning. Families may use the TCAP Family Portal to: access your student’s state test results via your phone or computer, track progress over time, learn the areas where your student demonstrated strengths, and the areas where they can still grow, and find clear next steps to help your student improve.

Blaze Basketball Try-outs are next week for 4-6th grade. Boys on Monday and Tuesday. Girls on Wednesday and Thursday - 3:00-5:00 in CES gym. Flyers were sent home yesterday with info!

We officially celebrated our one year anniversary with Boys and Girls Club today!!! It has been an amazing partnership that has truly benefited the students across CCS!! Happy 1 Year! We look forward to many more!!
